About us

We started our business to serve at 1972 with a vacation house in Graal-Müritz near Rostock, 1998 at Rügen Island with our vacation house with 3 flats. Since 2010 we have rented with Boardinghouses with 18 flats in Berlin, Stuttgart, Ulm and Rügen. Therefore our experience is more then 40th years young.

From all flats you have wonderful seeing to the best places of the capital of Germany, Daimler and Mercedes in Ulm and Stuttgart and at Rügen Island to the white hills. Learn about the "Berliner", with their knowing about the big and bad history of Germany in the last 100 years in a refurbished building from 1870. The history of our Berlin Boardinghouse is a history of wars.

Boardinghouse Berlin - the highest Buliding of Germany in Berlin-Mitte TV Tower, Hackesche Höfe. In 10 minutes you are at the best museums of Germany

Appartments Rügen - the lake at Rügen Island near Berlin, warning lights, the Rügen white hills named "Kreidefelsen" pictured from Casper David Friedrich. In 5 minutes you are at the beach.

Since 2004 we integrated a high sofisticated MEDIANOVA ENTERTAINMENT with 15 languages, get 78 world TV's, media, entertainment, internet, 3 D television, designer bathroom & kitchen. If you couple your iPhone with our MEDIANOVA WIFI then you shall connect international phones worldwide. If it possible login to your Skype or our Skype Guest account.
If you use our MEDIANOVA ENTERTAINMENT you are going to get many videos, can hear your or our music (50th to actual) and pictures of all flats we have. We have a connection point for your iPhone, iPad, smartphone, camera and many other digital equipment at TV and the Extender. All of this is inclusive at the flat-rent.
Our Wellness offering, the Internet Access, the garage, the Finnish hot steam bath, the swimming pool, the bycicle, society games and books - all what you want for yourself and your lovers. If you want to use high speed internet or a whole business area with fax, phone, printer i.e. we will serve it. Ask us!

From Tegel Airport (25 minutes)
Rent a car, use the Express bus X34 or take a taxi.
Our Berlin Vacation house is located in Berlin City. Go inside with Taxi.
Ride the taxi to Hackeschen Markt and order to the right to Rosenthaler Straße. Then ride 200m to north. At Joop Fitness at the front keep to the right side in the Steinstraße (strett). The 3rd Haus at the left side is Steinstraße 20. At the right side you see a park. Maybe you arrived your vacation place to feel happily.
